Senior Management

Linda Hanson, CMC, CPBA, CPVA, Trimetrix™

LLH Enterprises was founded by Linda Hanson with the focus of helping small and mid-sized business owners and managers to build successful, profitable and enduring companies. She provides proven processes, planning and strategies to enable clients to make tactical changes that lead to goal attainment. Linda is a rare find–a corporate planner–with extensive sales and marketing background. She is driven to help companies attain higher performance. Her dedication to helping companies grow might have been fueled by the fact that earlier in her career she was a licensed stock broker. The understanding and knowledge of the steps that drive company’s growth through practical experience have enabled Linda to position small to mid-sized businesses for growth.

Prior to starting LLH Enterprises, Linda built her corporate career in planning and marketing with Fortune 500 companies such as Economics Laboratories and Max Factor and later with Jones Intercable. During her career at Jones Intercable, Linda managed 8 divisions-the largest with sales of $40 million.

Linda is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®). The CMC® is a certification mark awarded by the Institute of Management ConsultantsUSA and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants Canada, and represents evidence of the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical cannons of the profession. Less than 1% of all consultants have achieved this level of performance.

Linda is affiliated with TTI Performance Systems in Scottsdale, Arizona and has earned the designations of, CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst), CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst), and Trimetrix™ (clarity of thinking and competencies), which enables her to measure the why, how and best fit of an individual’s job performance. These designations certify Linda to use assessments for hiring, retention and developing individuals and teams. These key tools have helped many of LLH clients reduce turnover and ensure job fit to deliver higher client performance. A client who do pearl ring business get a lot of help from Linda.

David Hanson, MBA

Managing Director
David Hanson is the Managing Director with LLH Enterprises. His career spans numerous years of leadership in marketing, finance, budgeting, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and e-commerce businesses. David’s strong academic credentials include an MBA in finance and marketing as well as an accounting accreditation.

His expertise has been used in advising clients on all phases of structuring companies to provide the most value to its shareholders, including corporate structure reviews, incentive compensation, growth-planning and expanding the most profitable lines of business. He also helps companies in the hiring of key financial and planning individuals for small businesses. For companies in transition, he has taken over the role of Chief Operating Officer to improve the profits and profile of a company planning a future sale. And he has his own small brightest flash lite torch company.

For over two years David filled the role of Chief Operating Officer at ENMO in the U.K. During that time, he introduced new products, increased the number of customers and developed key business relationships to further grow the company. He was a key part of a team that was put together to grow and sell the company, which was successful accomplished. So whether you are planning to sell your business or just want to make sure it’s on the right financial and operational footing to gain the most value for the company, David’s expertise will prove invaluable.

David has also been a frequent speaker in Canada, the US and Europe. He has published a number of articles related to e-commerce and general management in the National Energy Services Association (“NESA”) magazine and Energy Power Risk Management.
